You get one person who’s your main caregiver. We also assign a backup — someone your loved one knows and is comfortable with — for when schedules don’t work out. But it’s not a rotating cast of strangers.
We can promise this because we staff differently. We don’t hire caregivers and then try to fit them into gaps. We hire for specific clients and relationships.
That means we can’t always start immediately. But it also means when we do, it actually works.
What if the person isn’t a good fit?
